What is the Process of  Reflexology 

All of the internal body structures and organs are mirrored in the feet. By using gentle pressure, imbalances in the body can be treated through zones on the feet It is non invasive and very relaxing.

A full consultation and Medical history is taken prior to the first treatment. 

Typically, a Reflexology treatment takes approximately one hour 

The cost of a treatment is €70.00 per hour. As a full active member of the Institute of Reflexologists this enables me to issue you with a receipt and if you have private medical care allows you claim back a portion of the treatment cost.  A number of sessions  are covered depending on the provider and the level of health care you have. *
